During previous visits, the team learned that due to a lack of professional equipment, local schools were unable to conduct maker education programs, leaving students\u2019 curiosity for technology confined to textbooks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-font-family=\"default\"> In response, the company donated RMB 138,800 (approx. USD 19,<\/span><span data-font-family=\"default\">3<\/span><span data-font-family=\"default\">00) to establish a standardized innovation classroom at Chengguan Primary School in Yichuan, fully equipped with laptops, Mata and Whale robotics kits, and related educational tools\u2014allowing children to interact directly with technology and cultivate creativity through hands-on experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-font-family=\"default\">Beyond hardware, LEAD\u2019s care extended to personal engagement and empathy. Ms. Gong and her team visited local schools and families in need, assessing teaching conditions, listening to students\u2019 stories, and personally delivering school supplies and food essentials.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-font-family=\"default\">Her heartfelt message to the children\u2014\u201cFocus on your studies without worrying about finances. Let knowledge open your world, and one day, bring that knowledge back to build your hometown\u201d\u2014captured LEAD\u2019s belief that true support goes beyond material aid; it nurtures growth and hope for the future.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-font-family=\"default\">Building on insights from this visit, LEAD will continue its philanthropic commitment this year by expanding the scope of its support programs. Beyond assisting disadvantaged children as it did last year, the company plans to extend aid to primary schools in Yunyan and Gelou Townships, providing not only scholarships, but also customized uniforms, essential reading materials, and other educational supplies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-font-family=\"default\">This initiative in Yichuan marks an important practice under LEAD\u2019s \u201cWarm Light Charity Fund.\u201d Established in February 2025 with an investment of RMB 30 million<\/span> <span data-font-family=\"default\">(<\/span><span data-font-family=\"default\">approx. USD <\/span><span data-font-family=\"default\">4.17 million<\/span><span data-font-family=\"default\">)<\/span><span data-font-family=\"default\">, the fund represents the company\u2019s shift from one-off donations to systematic, long-term empowerment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-font-family=\"default\">Since launching the Wang Yanqing Education Scholarship Fund in 2017 with RMB 10 million<\/span> <span data-font-family=\"default\">(approx. The project, titled \u201cDream with Your Feet, Walk with Warmth,\u201d took a unique approach: rather than focusing solely on donations, it addressed one of the most pressing challenges for special education students\u2014the gap between learning and employability\u2014by providing practical tools to support their social integration and career readiness.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-font-family=\"default\">Through its \u201cFootball for Charity\u201d program\u2014an internal campaign that donates RMB 100 for every goal scored during company football matches\u2014LEAD raised funds to donate sports equipment worth RMB 9,700<\/span> <span data-font-family=\"default\">(approx.
